Fault finding 10

  • Every finding carries its evidence The name, the number and the timestamp it was raised on, written on the card. You do not have to take the app at its word - you can see what it went on.
  • Every fix is checked afterwards After every repair the app looks again to see whether the problem is gone, and says so honestly when it is not. What cannot be checked gets no button - it gets an explanation.
  • Network: where exactly it breaks Whether there is a link, whether an address arrived, whether the router answers, whether the internet is reachable and whether names resolve - in that order, stopping at the first "no".
  • Memory: how much is really free The memory programs can actually be given (not "free", which always looks low), the commitment against its limit, the page file, and what Windows itself found in its own memory test.
  • Processor: what is loading it, and why it is slow The load measured over a window rather than in one glance, with the program responsible; and beside it hardware throttling, a speed ceiling somebody set, and hardware errors Windows recorded.
  • Heat: processor, graphics, drives and fans Temperatures from every sensor the machine will give up, and a fan that has stopped while something is heating. Where a sensor cannot be read, that is said - never reported as "fine".
  • History that is a fault, not just history A crash three days ago that the machine recovered from is not a problem. The tool crosses what happened with the state it left behind, and reports only the pair.
  • "Handled" - a finding you chose to live with A real finding you do not intend to repair is marked and leaves the list, without changing a thing on the machine, and can be brought back at any moment.
  • Plain words for any finding One press on a finding asks for an explanation: what it is, why it happens, what to do and how urgent it is - about that finding and its evidence, not a general description of a file name.

Load tests 5

  • CPU test Full load over time, watching heat, clock speed and any throttling.
  • GPU test A controlled graphics load that shows how the card behaves once it warms up.
  • Memory test Claims a large block of memory, writes to it and reads it back, looking for errors.

The internet 14

  • A watch list of sites The sites that matter to you in one press: which answer, how fast, and when each certificate expires.
  • One site, in full The chain of redirects to the destination, the response time broken into its parts, the SSL certificate, and the security headers with a grade.
  • DNS records Every record type against a name server you choose, so you see what the world actually gets.
  • Mail records SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX, with an explanation of what is missing - the first check when mail lands in spam, or when somebody forges letters in your name.
  • IP address or site lookup Who the address belongs to, which country it is in, its reverse name and who holds it. Give it a site name instead and it resolves that for you.
  • Domain registration Through whom the domain was registered, when, and how many days are left before it lapses - via official RDAP, falling back to port 43.
  • Your own address How the world sees this connection: the external address, the provider and the country. The location comes from our own server, so no outside service ever sees who asked.
  • Look-alike domains Finds names registered to be mistaken for yours, and checks which already have a mail server - which is to say, who can already send a letter that looks like it came from you.
  • Files left exposed Asks for dozens of paths that should never answer - .git, .env, backups, directory listings - and confirms a finding by what actually came back.
  • Ports open from outside Scans the well-known ports and flags services that should not answer from the world: remote desktop, file sharing, databases.
  • Name-server strength DNSSEC, a server that hands the whole zone to strangers, one that answers for anybody, and whether they all agree.
  • Cookies & browser permissions What a browser is allowed to do with the site: cookie flags, access from a foreign origin, unencrypted content inside an encrypted page, HSTS and framing.
  • TLS versions & strength Which TLS versions the server still accepts, whether it will use an old cipher, and the key type - alongside HTTP/2, HTTP/3 and IPv6.
  • All measured from here No outside scanning service and no data provider behind the scenes: the checks are implemented in the app from the protocols themselves, so nobody receives the list of sites you looked at.

  • Dead & stuck pixels Every colour full screen, and a tool that tries to free a stuck pixel.

Something is wrong, and you do not know what

Who may open it

Not everyone who sits at the computer needs to see what is in it

A digit code the app asks for every time it opens. The checks you ran, the reports you saved and your AI key stay yours - on a family computer, at a reception desk, or on a bench in a workshop.

  • Asked once, when it opens Four to twelve digits of your choosing. With no code the app opens as it always did, and it can be turned on or off at any moment
  • The code is not stored and not sent Only a mark that can verify it is kept, and it stays on that computer. Nothing about the lock leaves it
  • It locks the app, not the disk Anyone with an administrator account on that computer can still reach the files. Protecting the files themselves takes drive encryption

And what happens outside your network, too

Whether the site answers, when its certificate expires, who owns that address, and who can send a letter in your domain's name. All measured from your machine against the server itself - with no outside scanning service, and nobody receiving the list of sites you checked.
